If you enjoy adult animation, I’ve got an upcoming series for you to check out. Human Discoveries is premiering on Facebook Watch on July 16 and it has some potential. Of course, what will draw many to the series is the fact that two of the main characters are voiced by Zac Efron and Anna Kendrick. Other stars include Jillian Bell, Lamorne Morris, and Paul Scheer.
“[Human Discoveries] follows a group of friends living at the dawn of human civilization as they discover necessities like fire and the wheel. But, much more importantly, they stumble onto humanity’s best, and worst, innovations. Art. Alcohol. Fashion. Racism. Small talk. And, much to their confusion, monogamy.”
The animation style reminds me a bit of Mother Up! and I loved that show. This one looks like it’s worth checking out if you’re into more adult humor.
