Check Out These Weird Aerial Photos of a Near Empty Disney World

We’ve got some pictures to share with you today of a sight you probably won’t see again in your lifetime. The Twitter page Blog_Mickey posted four aerial photos of Disney World from this past week, almost completely empty due to the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown. In some of the photos, you can see some maintenance workers, and security it looks like, but for the most part, the place is deserted.
An empty Disney park is unheard of. I used to work at Disneyland, and even before opening and after closing, it still seemed to have a bustling buzz about it, as workers got things prepped, walking items to the lost and found, cleaning the sidewalks, and walking carts of food or merchandise through the streets. Now I’m sure they are just keeping things maintained until the doors are okay to open again.
Wouldn’t it be awesome to be able to run through the park when it’s this empty? Where would you go first?
