I’m a huge fan of animation, I just love the medium and it’s been so cool and interesting to watch it evolve over the years. When it comes to animation, the sky is the limit when it comes to bringing whatever is in your imagination to life.
DUST has released a video compilation of 6 incredible animated short films that you’ve got to check out! The shorts in the video include:
Tales from the Multiverse by Magnus Igland Møller - “God is a single parent and amateur programmer. He's working on project 'Earth' but never seems to get a break from the kids. One day though, he finally gets a breakthrough.”
While You Were Sleeping by Charlie Stewart centers on “Two AI assistants chat in an abandoned space base.”
Two Worlds by Andy Lefton tells the “story about two opposites coming together out of necessity and finding hope at the end of the world.”
Contact by Katy Wang Stranded is set on a distant planet, where “a lonely astronaut sends out a signal in search of human contact.”
Best Friend by Nicholas Olivieri, Shen Yi, Juliana De Lucca, Varun Nair, David Feliu and it’s takes place in a near future, where “a lonely man is addicted to a product called Best Friend which offers him perfect virtual friends.”
