Chiwetel Ejiofor to Star in THE MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH Series at Paramount+

Oscar nominated actor Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave, Doctor Strange, Triple 9) has been cast in the lead role of the adapted series The Man Who Fell to Earth that is coming to Paramount+. The series is based on the Walter Tevis novel and Nicolas Roeg’s cult classic 1976 film starring David Bowie.

Co-written and executive produced by Alex Kurtzman and Jenny Lumet, “The Man Who Fell To Earth will follow a new alien character, played by Ejiofor, who arrives on Earth at a turning point in human evolution and must confront his own past to determine our future.”

Kurtzman is set to direct the series as well as co-showrun with Lumet and executive producer John Hlavin. Ejiofor is a fantastic and accomplished actor, and he will be great in this role. Are you a fan of the original film?
