Chris Evans Gives Advice On Reducing Anxiety And Turning Off "Brain Noise"

While he seems like a guy who doesn't sweat the small stuff that often, Chris Evans says he gets stressed out from time to time. Specifically, when approached for playing the role of Captain America, he was riddled with anxiety and didn't know what to do. As you'll see in the video, taking on a major movie role is a lot more stressful than you think, especially back in the days of the first film where the Marvel universe was not nearly what it is today.
