Chris Evans Helps Thousands of Refugees in Trailer For Netflix's Drama Thriller THE RED SEA DIVING RESORT

Netflix has released the first trailer for Chris Evans’ upcoming true story drama thriller The Red Sea Diving Resort. The film tells the incredible true story of a group of “international agents and brave Ethiopians who in the early 80s used a deserted holiday retreat in Sudan as a front to smuggle thousands of refugees to Israel. The undercover team carrying out this mission is led by the charismatic Ari Kidron (Evans) and courageous local Kabede Bimro (Michael Kenneth Williams).

This looks like a great film that tells a remarkable story of a real life rescue mission. I love a good, thrilling inspirational story and this looks like it’s going to deliver just that. It also looks like it’s going to have some solid action! I know that’s always a good selling point for these movies!

Evans and Williams are joined by Haley Bennett, Alessandro Nivola, Michiel Huisman, Alex Hassell, Mark Ivanir, plus Greg Kinnear, and Ben Kingsley.

The Red Sea Diving Resort was written and directed by Israeli filmmaker Gideon Raff (The Killing Floor and Train) and it will hit Netflix on July 31st. I’ve also included a poster for the movie below the trailer.
