Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson Team Up in First Trailer For MEN IN BLACK INTERNATIONAL
Sony Pictures has unleashed the first trailer for director F. Gary Gray’s Men in Black International and it actually looks like a lot of fun! If you are a fan of the franchise, you’ll be happy to see that the new film has the same style and tone of the original films.
In the trailer we see Tessa Thompson seek out and find the MIB agency so that she can join up. After she becomes Agent M, they team her up with Chris Hemsworth’s character Agent H, to save the world. Agent H really seems to love his job! I guess I would too if I had access to all kinds of radical alien technology!
The Men in Black have always protected the Earth from the scum of the universe. In this new adventure, they tackle their biggest, most global threat to date: a mole in the Men in Black organization.
The MIB traitor is hiding in plain sight somewhere in the world and it’s up to Thompson and Hemsworth to find him, her, or it.
Thompson and Hemsworth will be joined in the film by Liam Neeson as the head of the U.K. branch of the MIB agency, Kumail Nanjiani as an alien sidekick character, and then there's Rafe Spall (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), but we don't know who he's playing. Emma Thompson also joined the cast and will reprise her role as Agent 0. Rebecca Ferguson has also joined the cast.
Men in Black was written by Iron Man writers Matt Holloway and Art Marcum. The film is expected to be released on June 14, 2019.
