Chris Hemsworth and Jeff Bridges To Join Drew Goddard’s BAD TIMES AT THE EL ROYALE

Chris Hemsworth and Jeff Bridges are in negotiations to star in the thriller Bad Times at the El Royale, with Drew Goddard directing from a script that he also wrote.

If the actors sign on, they would be the first attached to the project, which is set to start shooting early next year. Little is known about Bad Times other than it being set in the 1960s at a hotel in California’s Lake Tahoe. Bridges would play a down-on-his-luck priest.

Goddard directed 2012’s The Cabin in the Woods, from a script he co-wrote with Joss Whedon. You might remember Hemsworth also starred in that movie. This is a good creative team of people and it will be interesting to see what comes of this movie.
