Christian Bale Rumored To Be Playing Beta Ray Bill in THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER

Last week we learned that Christian Bale was in talks to join director Taika Waititi’s Thor: Love and Thunder. As a fan of Bale, I would love nothing more than to see Bale officially join the film. I would also love to see Beta Ray Bill make his MCU debut as well! So, what if Bale actually ends up playing Bill!?

Lots of fans have been speculating about this and FandomWire is reporting that Beta Ray Bill will be making his debut in the MCU with Thor: Love & Thunder. The report also sites rumors regarding Bale playing the character but notes that nothing has been confirmed.

If Bale is cast he will star alongside Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Natalie Portman as Jane Foster/Thor, and Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie. We still don’t know much about the movie, but Waititi recently said that it’s going to be “bigger and louder and more bombastic. It's only interesting to me if we're doubling down on how nuts Ragnarok was."

If Beta Rey Bill is introduced in the next Thor movie, it’s going to be really fun and interesting to see how they utilize him. I could totally see Waititi having a blast playing around with a character like this.

Marvel Studios will release Thor: Love and Thunder on November 5th, 2021.
