Christina Ricci Will Play Harley Quinn in New DC Podcast Series HARLEY QUINN AND THE JOKER: SOUND MIND
Christina Ricci is set to play Harley Quinn in Spotify’s recently announced original scripted DC podcast series Harley Quinn and The Joker: Sound Mind. Ricci is freakin fantastic, and she is a great choice to take on the role of Harley Quinn! She’s going to be awesome bringing this character to life in the podcast, and it makes me wish we could get to see a live-action version of her Harley! She could totally pull it off! She’s got the look, and she could easily pull off Harley's crazy personality.
The podcast was created in partnership with Warner Bros. and DC, and it’s written by Eli Horwitz (Homecoming) and tells a new story from the perspective of some of DC's most iconic villains.
In the podcast, "Dr. Harleen Quinzel, a psychologist working at Arkham Asylum in Gotham City. She's determined to aid even the patients that her colleagues in the field have written off, including ‘Patient J.’ What follows is a dangerous psychological game as Harleen tries to leverage her relationship with J to get what she wants.”
The podcast series also stars Billy Magnussen (No Time To Die, The Many Saints of Newark) as The Joker and Justin Hartley (This Is Us) as Bruce Wayne. The full announced cast and creative staff lists follow:
