Christoph Waltz Will Reprise His Role as Blofeld in BOND 25
It looks like Christoph Waltz’s James Bond character Blofeld isn’t finished with James Bond yet. There have been rumors that the actor would come back to reprise his role in Bond 25, but now his involvement has been confirmed by James Bond movie news scooper Baz Bamigboye, and he also says that the actor has been spotted at Pinewood Studios, where Bond 25 is currently shooting:

Rami Malek is going to be the main villain in Bond 25, so we don’t know how big of a role Waltz will have in the movie or what his part in the story will be. One rumor suggests that Blofeld will have a Hannibal Lector type Silence of the Lambs role, which will include Lea Seydoux‘s character visiting him in prison to learn more information about Malek’s villainous character. So, it may just end up being a little cameo. Regardless, are you happy to hear that Waltz will be back as Blofeld?
In Bond 25, “Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.” That technology will reportedly be based on genetic warfare.
Daniel Craig stars in the film and will also be joined by Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny, Ben Whishaw as A, with Rory Kinnear as Tanner and Jeffrey Wright as Felix Leiter. New cast members include Dali Benssalah, Billy Magnussen, Ana De Arma, David Dencik, and Lashana Lynch.
Bond 25 is being directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga and is set to hit theaters on April 8th, 2020.
