CIA Intern Comedy Series CLASSIFIED Being Developed at HBO Max

HBO Max has signed a script development contract for an upcoming comedy series called Classified, that Variety describes as “a workplace comedy about interns at the much covered foreign intelligence agency.” The series is being produced by Paramount Television, with writer David Sidorov on board. Sidorov’s credits include The Onion, Billy on the Street, and The Gong Show.

HBO Max is set to launch in May 2020, and it’s been pretty cool to hear the lineup they’ve developed so far. Gossip Girl is coming back, and there’s a Grease musical series, a Green Lantern series, many new films with big names attached, fan-favorite films like The Lord of the Rings trilogy, When Harry Met Sally, Wonder Woman, and Joker, plus a ton of awesome series like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, The Big Bang Theory, and Friends. This is just the tip of the iceberg too, but plenty to get excited about!

Are you excited for HBO Max? Will you check out Classified when it hits the streamer?
