Clancy Brown Joins Mel Gibson and Charlie Hunnam in WALDO
Waldo is not an adaptation of Where’s Waldo?, but instead is going to be an action thriller film based on the novel by Howard Gould. The latest addition to the cast is Clancy Brown who will be Big Jim Cuppy, a “plain clothes detective.”
“Waldo centers around a disgraced detective (Hunnam) who has been living off the grid in the woods, and is pulled into a big murder investigation when a private eye comes looking for him.”
Waldo is directed by Tim Kirby with no release date currently set. Other stars in the film include Mel Gibson, Eiza González, Charlie Hunnam, and Dominic Monaghan.
