Clive Owen Joins Julianne Moore in Stephen King Series LISEY'S STORY at Apple TV+
Actor Clive Owen (Children of Men, Sin City, Gemini Man) has joined Julianne Moore (Far From Heaven, Still Alice) in the upcoming series, Lisey’s Story at Apple. The series is based on the book by Stephen King, who will also write the scripts for the eight-episode adaptation. J.J. Abrams and Ben Stephenson of Bad Robot Productions will executive produce alongside the author.
Here’s the synopsis for the book and series:
Owen will play the role of Scott Landon, Lisey’s (Moore) husband. The series follows Lisey two years following Scott’s death, exploring the events that cause her to begin facing amazing realities about her husband that she had repressed and forgotten.
