CLONE WARS and THE MANDALORIAN to Launch on Disney+ in 2019

Star Wars fans are growing impatient for the release of Disney+ for two very good reasons. First, is The Mandalorian. This series will be the fruits of Jon Favreau and looks to fill in a little of the story between the fall of the Empire and the rise of the First Order. Now, EW is seemingly confirming that The Mandalorian will launch with Disney+, although no exact dates have yet to be given outside of 2019.

The Mandalorian isn’t the only show confirmed to launch in 2019 on Disney+ for Star Wars fans. Oh, no. The highly anticipated seventh season of The Clone Wars was also confirmed by EW to be releasing in 2019. There’s no word though on if The Clone Wars will launch with the streaming service or if it will be coming out weeks/months after.

Which of these two shows are you more excited about? The Clone Wars looks to help bring more closure and answers to fans of the series, but The Mandalorian sounds like it will be an incredible new story.
