CNN and SESAME STREET To Talk About Racism and the Recent Protests This Saturday
The United States is facing daily protests to fight racism. Well, CNN and Sesame Street are going to be coming together this Saturday for Coming Together: Standing Up to Racism to help answer questions that children and families may have. Erica Hill and Van Jones will be working with the cast of Sesame Street to discuss racism and the protests happening and I think this is great. I have a toddler and it can be a challenge to try to explain things to her, this has the potential to be a great help. Plus, if you want, you can submit questions that you or your children may have about everything.
Coming Together: Standing Up to Racism will air on CNN, CNN International, and CNN en Español as well as streaming on CNN.com and on the CNN apps on June 6 at 10 AM ET.
