COBRA KAI Actor Barrett Carnahan Joins FOR ALL MANKIND Season 5
Barrett Carnahan (Cobra Kai) is the latest actor to join the cast in the fifth season of Apple TV+’s fantastic sci-fi series For All Mankind.
He will have a recurring role in the series and will take on the role of Marcus, a recent high school graduate living on Mars.
Carnahan played the younger version of John Kreese (Martin Kove) in Cobra Kai, which is gearing up to conclude its sixth and final season in 2025.
For All Mankind explores what would have happened if the global space race had never ended. The series presents an aspirational world where NASA astronauts, engineers, and their families find themselves in the center of extraordinary events seen through the prism of an alternate history timeline -- a world in which the USSR beats the US to the moon.
The description for the upcoming season reads: “In the eight years since Season 3, Happy Valley has rapidly expanded its footprint on Mars by turning former foes into partners.
“It’s now 2003, and the space program’s focus has turned to capturing and mining extremely valuable, mineral-rich asteroids that could change the future of both Earth and Mars.
“But simmering tensions between the residents of the now-sprawling international base threaten to undo everything they are working toward.”
For All Mankind was created by Ronald D. Moore, Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi. Carnahan joins the expanding cast that includes Mireille Enos, Costa Ronin, Sean Kaufman, Ruby Cruz and Ines Asserson.
Wolpert and Nedivi will serve as showrunners of Season 5.
