COBRA KAI Season 6 Teaser Trailer Announces an Epic 3-Part Event!
Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for the highly-anticipated sixth and final season of Cobra Kai! It offers a first look at the return of Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio), Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka), and their studios as they train for the final karate showdown!
Netflix also revealed its release strategy for Cobra Kai Season 6, and it will consist of 15 total episodes, which will be released in three parts over the course of several months.
Part 1 of Cobra Kai Season 6 is set to be released on Netflix July 18th. A few months later, on November 28th, Part 2 will be released. Then Part 3 will be released at some point in 2025, but a specific release date hasn't been announced for that.
Season 6 picks up after the events of Season 5, and sees the Cobra Kai students embark on a journey to compete in the karate world championships, where they will face their toughest opponents yet.
In Season 6: "Picking up with Cobra Kai eliminated from the Valley, our senseis and students must decide if and how they will compete in the Sekai Taikai — the world championships of karate."
It was previously teased that this will be the “biggest” and “baddest” season yet, and it was previously teased, “Cobra Kai never dies! After five badass seasons, Cobra Kai Season 6 will be the final showdown. The epic conclusion to the decades-long karate saga is coming soon to Netflix.
The series also stars Courtney Henggeler as Amanda LaRusso, Xolo Maridueña as Miguel Diaz, Tanner Buchanan as Robby Keene, Mary Mouser as Samantha LaRusso, Jacob Bertrand as Hawk, Gianni Decenzo as Demetri, Vanessa Rubio as Carmen, Peyton List as Tory and Martin Kove and John Kreese.
The cast also includes Dallas Dupree Young as Kenny, Oona O'Brien as Devon, Griffin Santopietro as Anthony, Yuji Okumoto as Chozen and Thomas Ian Griffith as Terry Silver. C.S. Lee also joined the cast as Master Kim Sun-Young, the anti-Miyagi whose granddaughter Kim Da-eun made her presence known last season.
The series is written and executive produced by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg. I’m excited to see how this series comes to an end! It’s been so fun to watch!
