COBRA KAI Season 6 Trailer Teases World Championships of Karate and Miyagi Secrets
Netflix has released a new trailer for the sixth and final season of Cobra Kai. It gives us our best look yet at what’s in store for Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio), Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka), and their students as they train for the Sekai Taikai, which is the world championships of karate.
The story picks up with Cobra Kai being eliminated from the Valley, but that doesn’t mean John Kreese (Martin Kove) won’t return to teach karate. As you know, he escaped from prison at the end of season five, but you’ll see in the trailer that he’s training a new group of students.
One of the biggest teases comes at the end of the trailer when Daniel opens a box that was hidden by Mr. Miyagi. That box contains some Miyagi secrets.
Cobra Kai Season 6 will consist of 15 total episodes, which will be released in three parts over the course of several months.
Part 1 of Cobra Kai Season 6 is set to be released on Netflix July 18th. A few months later, on November 28th, Part 2 will be released. Then Part 3 will be released at some point in 2025, but a specific release date hasn't been announced for that.
It was previously teased that this will be the “biggest” and “baddest” season yet, and it was previously teased, “Cobra Kai never dies! After five badass seasons, Cobra Kai Season 6 will be the final showdown. The epic conclusion to the decades-long karate saga is coming soon to Netflix.
The series also stars Courtney Henggeler as Amanda LaRusso, Xolo Maridueña as Miguel Diaz, Tanner Buchanan as Robby Keene, Mary Mouser as Samantha LaRusso, Jacob Bertrand as Hawk, Gianni Decenzo as Demetri, Vanessa Rubio as Carmen, Peyton List as Tory and Martin Kove and John Kreese.
The cast also includes Dallas Dupree Young as Kenny, Oona O'Brien as Devon, Griffin Santopietro as Anthony, Yuji Okumoto as Chozen and Thomas Ian Griffith as Terry Silver. C.S. Lee also joined the cast as Master Kim Sun-Young, the anti-Miyagi whose granddaughter Kim Da-eun made her presence known last season.
