Constantine Might Show Up in ARROW Season 4
I know a lot of people were disappointed when Constantine went off the air, and one of them was Arrow star Stephen Amell. He has been vocal about wanting the two shows to cross over, even saying that he'd be a guest star on Constantine if Netflix or another streaming service ended up picking up the show after its cancellation. That didn't happen, but at Comic-Con last weekend, producer/co-showrunner Wendy Mericle told IGN that there's a possibility Constantine could guest star on the fourth season of Arrow.
Yeah, we really want to do it. It’s something we’ve been talking to DC about and it’s just a question of some political things, but also the actor’s schedule. We’re trying to work it out, but we don’t know 100 percent if it’s going to happen … But we’re really optimistic and we would love to have him.
Amell, who was also in the interview, added "Fingers crossed." While nothing is a done deal yet (and, to be completely honest, we don't even 100% know if "the actor" they're referring to is Constantine star Matt Ryan, although it seems likely), the speculation is that Constantine's appearance would make sense considering the villain in Arrow season 4 will be the mysterious Damien Darhk, who may become involved with some more supernatural elements as the show progresses. We'll see how all of this plays out, but would you want to see Ryan's Constantine make an appearance on Arrow?
