Gremlins was an absolutely terrifying film to watch when I was growing up, and I absolutely loved it! I loved the feeling of being scared when I watched it. That's a feeling I still want to get from the horror movies I see. Gremlin is one of those movies that I watch now, and it surprises me how dark the film actually was. I can't believe this was a kids movie, and that's why the 80s were so awesome!
The Gremlins inspired artwork you see here comes from several different artists. The pieces were created for the “KINGS OF CULT: A Tribute to Roger Corman and Joe Dante" art show, opening Friday, May 24th, 2014, at Hero Complex Gallery.
