Cool Iron Fist Fan-Film Titled IMMORTAL 65 Featured Some Badass Fight Sequences
Marvel’s Iron Fist series ended up being a big disappointment, and Finn Jones was not the right fit for that martial arts character. If you weren’t a fan of the series, you might actually enjoy this fan-made Iron Fist short film.
The movie is titled Immortal 65 and Josh Mabie is the director, editor, co-write,r and fight choreographer for the movie. It was also written by Christian Howard with a story he came up with for Jasper Jan.
The fight sequences in this movie are pretty impressive. There’s a lot of badass and brutal energy that’s put into the action scenes and I think you’re gonna enjoy them. The synopsis reads:
Once a generation, the Seven Capital Cities of Heaven align on a plane far beyond the ken of mortal men. It is here that these cities send their Immortal Warriors to compete against one another in a combat tournament to end all tournaments.
The Book of Iron Fist, written on parchment made from the dragon scales of Shou-Lao the Undying, tells the life stories and kung-fu secrets of every man and woman ever to hold the mantle of the Immortal Iron Fist - except one, Orson Randall, the Golden Age Iron Fist, and he died as he lived: trying to outrun the Iron Fist legacy.
