Cool New X-MEN: DARK PHOENIX IMAX Trailer and Drew Struzan-Inspired Poster
We’ve got a cool IMAX trailer for the upcoming Fox flick X-Men: Dark Phoenix along with a new Drew Struzan-inspired poster for you to check out today. The trailer serves as a celebration of the entire X-Men saga beginning with the very first movie back in 2000.
“Jean Grey begins to develop incredible powers that corrupt and turn her into a Dark Phoenix. Now the X-Men will have to decide if the life of a team member is worth more than all the people living in the world.”
The new X-Men film looks slightly lackluster to me. I didn’t know if it is just because I am not so familiar with the characters and story, but I don’t feel like I’ve heard a resounding buzz about the film from fans either. Hopefully it will turn out to be great though.
Check out the trailer and poster below featuring Sophie Turner as Jean Grey, the X-Men featuring Magneto and Jessica Chastain as an unnamed villain. Dark Phoenix hits theaters on June 6th.
