Cool New Footage From Marvel's MOON KNIGHT Featured in New TV Spot
Marvel a new TV spot for its upcoming Disney+ series Moon Knight and it offers up some pretty cool new footage! The spot is titled "Choice," and it features Oscar Isaac as Marc Spector explaining to his alternate identity, Steven Grant, that their mission is to "protect the vulnerable and deliver justice."
The promo also features some great shots as Moon Knight with a bulletproof cape that takes the shape of a crescent moon. We also get to see him fighting a creature and we get a better look at Layla El-Faouly (May Calamawy). Check out the new spot below!
The show is described as "a new globetrotting action-adventure series featuring a complex vigilante who suffers from dissociative identity disorder. The multiple identities who live inside him find themselves thrust into a deadly war of the gods against the backdrop of modern and ancient Egypt."
The synopsis goes on to say that the story follows Steven Grant, “a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc's enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.”
The series also stars Ethan Hawke as the main villain, a cult leader named Arthur Harrow. Moon Knight was created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin and appeared in the August 1975 issue Werewolf by Night #32. Jeremy Slater (The Umbrella Academy) and Beau DeMayo (The Originals and The Witcher) writing the series. Mohamed Diab, Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead are directing.
Moon Knight will be released on Disney+ on March 30th.
