Cool New Poster For VERONICA MARS Season 4 'Still Fighting Crime Like a Girl'
We have a cool new poster for you, to get you excited about the fast-approaching season four revival of the hit series Veronica Mars. Between now and the season premiere, fans actually have a lot to look forward to.
This week at Comic-Con in San Diego, the stars and creators of the series will appear at the Veronica Mars panel on Friday, July 19th, at 11:30 a.m., where they will premiere the first episode and give exclusive details to the attendees.
We will keep you posted as to what we hear. Check out the poster below and let us know if you’re super stoked for the upcoming season of Veronica Mars on Hulu, July 26th.
Here’s the synopsis for the series:
Spring breakers are getting murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. After Mars Investigations is hired by the family of one of the victims to find their son’s killer, Veronica is drawn into an epic eight-episode mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach.
When previously talking about the new season, Bell made sure to let fans know that it’s going to be much darker than what we’ve seen in previous seasons. “I want to brace fans for that” she said, “that it's going to be darker and bigger and more cinematic and definitely a little bit different." So far, no one has complained about that.
Bell will be joined by returning actors Jason Dohring, Enrico Colantoni, Percy Daggs III, Francis Capra, Max Greenfield, Ken Marino, Daran Norris, David Starzyk, Adam Rose, and Ryan Devlin. Then the new members of the cast include Dawn Lewis, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Patton Oswalt, Clifton Colins Jr., Izabela Vidovic, Tyler Alvare, and Mary McDonell.
Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero-Wright wrote the new series, along with Heather V. Regnier, David Walpert, Raymond Obstfeld, and, of course, NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
