Cool New Trailer For Christmas Movie RED ONE Starring Chris Evans, Dwayne Johnson, J.K. Simmons and Lucy Liu
A fun second trailer has been released for the holiday feature film, Red One, which features J.K. Simmons as Santa Claus, who has been abducted just before Christmas.
A task force headed by Lucy Liu and Dwayne Johnson recruit the best tracker in the world (Chris Evans) to search for him and save the holiday, but as you’ll see, they come up against some pretty formidable foes.
Red One was directed by Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle helmer Jake Kasdan, with a script from Fast & Furious writer Chris Morgan.
In the film, “After Santa Claus (Simmons) – Code Name: RED ONE – is kidnapped, the North Pole's Head of Security (Johnson) must team up with the world’s most infamous bounty hunter (Evans) in a globe-trotting, action-packed mission to save Christmas.”
The film is described as a "fire-breathing X-Mas action movie that completely reinvents the holiday genre."
The movie also stars Kiernan Shipka, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Nick Kroll, with Kristofer Hivju as Krampus, and Bonnie Hunt as Mrs. Claus.
