Cool SOLO Concept Art Teases a Fight Scene on Top of the Millennium Falcon
A fun new piece of concept art from Lucasfilm’s Solo: A Star Wars Story has surfaced that teases a fight scene that would have taken place on top of the Millennium Falcon!
I actually loved Solo and seeing a scene like this in the movie would have been wicked awesome! The piece comes from Star Wars artist Vincent Jenkins, who shared it on his Instagram page. It features a showdown between Han and a villain that may or may not be Dryden Vos.
When talking about the concept, the artist said, "Another concept from Solo, this was an idea I wish made it in. A showdown upon the roof of the Falcon. Inspired by True Lies, one of my fav. films."
Hell yeah! True Lies is such a favorite film of mine as well! This little tribute for the film that he envisioned for Solo would have made for a great sequence in the film. But, I guess it wasn’t meant to be. If I saw this visual, I would have been like, “we have to make this happen!”
