I’ve got a couple of new TV spots to share with you for Marvel’s Eternals today, and they offer up some more cool footage is is sure to get the fans pumped up for what’s to come. Yesterday, we shared a great featurette for the film that you should watch if you haven’t already as it features some great stuff you’d might want to see.

It looks like director Chloé Zhao and the rest of the creative team created an incredible and epic movie. I’m not seeing the kind of excitement for this movie that I’ve seen for past Marvel films, but I can’t help but think that it’s going to end up blowing people away.

On top of the TV spots, Zhao recently talked to Fandango about the film teasing two post-credits scenes that you’re not going to want to miss, and she says that they are equally as important:

"Don't just stay for the first one — also stay for the second one, too. They are equally as important in weight, and both have big surprises for you."

The Eternals are “a race of immortal beings who lived on Earth and shaped its history and civilizations. After an unexpected tragedy following the events of Avengers: Endgame, the Eternals—an immortal alien race created by the Celestials who have secretly lived on Earth for over 7,000 years—reunite to protect humanity from their evil counterparts, the Deviants.”

It’s also explained that the story takes place across two time periods. “One storyline is set in the past when they operated as a formidable team and a close family unit. The second storyline is in the present, when the group has fractured and split apart, content to live among humans, hiding in plain sight. The prevailing threat of the Deviants, which once again threatens the existence of mankind, means the Eternals need to put their differences aside and regroup."

The cast for the film includes Gemma Chan as humankind-loving Sersi, Richard Madden as the all-powerful Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as cosmic-powered Kingo, Lia McHugh as the eternally young, old-soul Sprite, Brian Tyree Henry as the intelligent inventor Phastos, Lauren Ridloff as the super-fast Makkari, Barry Keoghan as aloof loner Druig, Don Lee as the powerful Gilgamesh, with Kit Harington as Dane Whitman, with Salma Hayek as the wise and spiritual leader Ajak, and Angelina Jolie as the fierce warrior Thena.

Eternals will be released in theaters on November 5th, 2021
