Couple Sent Out Pokemon-Themed Wedding Invitations
There are some nerdy people out there, and I love it when they show off their love of nerdy and geeky things in tasteful ways. The latest comes from Reddit user chr15c who shared his wedding invitation (with redacted information of course) with the world.
The invitation is themed as if it were part of Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue. It starts with a trainer battle where the engaged couple announces the wedding and then on the back there is a Pokédex entry and a stat block containing information about the ceremony and reception.
This is a fantastic way let your geek flag fly without being ridiculous in my opinion. On Reddit, someone asked if the wedding would also be Pokémon themed to which chr15c responded:
