CREEPSHOW Season 2 Rounds Out Cast with Marilyn Manson, Ali Larter, Breckin Meyer, Ted Raimi, and More

The second season of Shudder’s horror anthology series Creepshow has rounded out the cast with a lineup of fun actors. The cast for Season 2 includes Marilyn Manson (Sons of Anarchy), Ali Larter (Resident Evil Franchise (The Rookie), Iman Benson (BlackAF), Ryan Kwanten (True Blood), Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator), C. Thomas Howell (Criminal Minds), Denise Crosby (Star Trek: The Next Generation), Breckin Meyer (Rat Race, Robot Chicken), Ted Raimi (The Evil Dead), Kevin Dillon (Entourage) and Eric Edelstein (We Bare Bears).

They join the previously cast Keith David (The Thing), Anna Camp (Pitch Perfect), Adam Pally (The Mindy Project), Josh McDermitt (The Walking Dead), and Ashley Laurence (Hellraiser).

Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead) is also back as the showrunner and the upcoming season will consist of six new episodes. Details on four of those episodes were previously shared.

There’s “Shapeshifters Anonymous” Parts 1 and 2, which was written by Nicotero and based on a short story by J.A. Konrath (Last Call) about “an unlucky soul who finds himself in need of a werewolf support group.” This episode will star Camp and Pally.

The episode “Pesticide,” was written by Frank Dietz (I Hate Kids), '“in which an exterminator makes an infernal bargain.” That episode will star McDermitt, Laurence and David.

Then there’s “Model Kid,” written by Creepshow writer John Esposito (Night of the Paw), which is about “a 12-year-old monster fan who turns to hand-built model kits to escape his unhappy reality.”

Nicotero previously said in a statement:

“I’ve never been happier to get behind the camera as I am today. After missing our shoot date in March by just over 48 hours, season two of Creepshow hits the ground running as cameras begin to roll. The cast and crew have a level of excitement and enthusiasm I’ve never seen before and it’s inspiring. So many of us in the entertainment industry have been waiting for the day we can begin to do what we do best—to have some fun together creating new worlds, new adventures and new thrills.”

Production on the six new episodes is under way in Atlanta for a 2021 premiere. I enjoyed the first season of Creepshow and I’m looking forward to seeing what Season 2 has to offer.
