Creepy Trailer for the Supernatural Horror Documentary THE UNBINDING About a Haunted Artifact

Planet Weird has released a trailer for a chilling new supernatural horror documentary film titled The Unbinding. The film tells the true story of a haunted artifact, a witch totem, that was found in the forests of New York.

The film comes from Greg and Dana Newkirk (Hellier ), the duo behind a paranormal researchers channel called "Planet Weird" and they have “traversed North America on hundreds of paranormal adventures." Their journey has led them to this strange and creepy statue.

The Unbinding tells “a terrifying true tale from the dark forests of New York. After discovering a strange statue in the Catskill Mountains, two hikers become the target of chilling paranormal phenomena. As the frightening activity escalates, occult museum curators Greg and Dana Newkirk are called to uncover the startling truth behind the haunted artifact.”

I’ve gone on my fair share of strange adventures with my brothers. We go exploring caves, mines, and abandoned buildings all the time! We’ve certainly come across some strange stuff, but we were never stupid enough to purposely take anything home with us. We’re just stupid enough to go into some of these places, and we’ve seen some strange things happen.

I like this kind of weird stuff and I’m very curious about this doc. The Unbinding is directed by Karl Pfeiffer, who is making his feature directorial debut after working on the Hellier. There’s no release date set yet, but you can check out the trailer below!
