CRUELLA Is Undergoing Rewrites and Here's a Shortlist of Actors to Play the Baroness
Disney recently revealed news about the sequel to Maleficent and it looks like now we’re getting a small update on another Disney villain film. We already know that Emma Stone is set to play Cruella De Vil in Cruella and Craig Gillespie is directing it. According to THS, Disney has Nicole Kidman on the shortlist to play a character called the Baroness who is supposed to be an antagonist and a key player in Cruella’s evolution to a villainous monster. The same report suggests that Kidman will be competing with Demi Moore, Julianne Moore, Charlize Theron, and Emma Thompson for the role.
