Crunchyroll Offers Cheaper Subscription Prices for Ani-May
Right now is a decent time to get ready to stream some anime. Whether you’re enjoying the warmer spring and summer weather of the northern hemisphere or the cooler fall and winter weather of the southern hemisphere, there’s a decent chance you may be getting ready for some time off of work and/or school.
There’s no better time to binge those series and movies that you’ve been putting off due to other commitments and Crunchyroll wants to help you catch up on your anime watchlist with Ani-May.
Now through May 21, anime fans in supported territories can save money as they subscribe to Crunchyroll’s premium membership tiers. You can get up to three months of the Crunchyroll Fan tier for $1.99/month or the Crunchyroll Mega Fan tier for $2.99/month.
This is also great timing as the Anime Awards are set to stream on May 23, so you can hurry and catch up before then or use the cheap prices to check out the winners in the two months after the awards.
I’ll be the first to admit that Crunchyroll is not a perfect streaming service. However, it does have a fantastic and large selection of anime. You can find an anime for just about anyone in their library, plus they have many of the newest and hottest titles available like Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen, Frieren, and many more.
Plus, depending on the tier you get, you can enjoy bonus perks. For instance, all current members and anyone who signs up during Ani-May will receive a car voucher in Forza Horizon 6 which launches next week!
In addition, subscribers to the Mega or Ultimate Fan tiers gain access to the Crunchyroll Game Vault which is adding the following three games this month: Gungrave G.O.R.E., Battle Suit Aces, and KinnikuNeko: SUPER MUSCLE CAT.
Even if you only sign up for these 3 months, you’re saving a ton of money. The Fan tier usually runs $9.99/month and the Mega Fan tier is usually $13.99/month.
Ani-May really is a great opportunity to either try out Crunchyroll or at least binge through a series or two that you’ve been dying to watch.
