Daniel Craig Reportedly Doing Not One, But Two More 007 Movies Before Quitting
It looks like Daniel Craig will be coming back for Bond 25 and Bond 26 after all. The Sun UK is reporting that Craig has been convinced by James Bond producer Barbara Broccoli to sign on for two more sequels instead of one.
According to a Sun insider:
“There was plenty of talk about who would be the next Bond but Barbara has managed to talk Daniel into two more films.
He is loved by audiences around the world and has driven a real resurgence for the movies at the box office, so bosses knew they couldn’t lose him just yet."
The insider also revealed more details about the franchise such as a possible title for Bond 25 (Shatterhand) and a possible concept for the 26th film, which is said to be a remake of On Her Majesty's Secret Service.
Bond 25 is already slated for release on November 8, 2019. It's rumored to be inspired by the 1999 book Never Dream of Dying. The story of which see 007 coming "face to face with his most cunning nemesis-the enigmatic blind criminal mastermind behind the sinister organization known only as the Union."
