Daniel Radcliff and Steve Buscemi Are Surviving the Middle Ages in Trailer MIRACLE WORKERS: DARK AGES
TBS has released the trailer for the second season of its anthology series Miracle Workers. The incredibly fun first season featured Daniel Radcliffe, Geraldine Viswanathan, and Karan Soni as employees in heaven trying to stop God, who was played by Steve Buscemi, from destroying Earth.
The original cast is coming back for the second season, but it’s going to tell a completely new and different story. It’s titled Miracle Workers: Dark Ages, and it features all these actors in new roles as they are trying to survive the middle ages. Here’s the synopsis:
Miracle Workers: Dark Ages centers upon a group of medieval villagers trying to stay positive in an age of extreme income inequality, poor healthcare, and widespread ignorance. This 10-episode installment will feature Daniel Radcliffe, Steve Buscemi, Geraldine Viswanathan, Karan Soni, Jon Bass, and Lolly Adefope returning in new roles and facing new challenges. Executive produced by Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video with Andrew Singer and Katy Jenson executive producing alongside Rich, Radcliffe and Buscemi.
While I enjoyed the first season of the series, this new story that’s being told looks like it’ll be even more entertaining! Watch the trailer below and you’ll see what I mean.
Miracle Workers: Dark Ages premieres on TBS starting on January 28, 2020.
