Daniel Radcliffe Vs. The Jungle in Intense First Trailer For JUNGLE

Damn, Daniel Radcliffe goes to the extreme in his upcoming adventure survival thriller Jungle, which looks great! The movie is based on the real-life events of Yossi Ghinsberg, an Israeli backpacker who is played by Radcliffe. He set off on a journey from the Bolivian city of La Paz, on what was supposed to be the adventure of a lifetime with two of his friends.

Leading the way into the uncharted Amazon was an Austrian expat named Karl Ruprechter, who had met the friends just days before and claimed to be familiar with the region. But their dream trip soon turned into a wilderness nightmare from which not all of the men returned.

The film is based on Ghinsberg’s book which details the hellish journey. When talking to EW last year about the film Radcliffe said:

“It’s about this guy that got lost in the jungle and survived on his own for three weeks. It’s testing everybody: the crew, myself, everyone. It’s a very intense but a very seriously fun shoot.”

Jungle was directed by Greg McLean (Wolf Creek, The Belko Experiment). It will hit theaters and VOD on October 20th and it looks like a film that you don't want to miss!
