Dark and Funny Trailer for AMC Series LUCKY HANK Starring Bob Odenkirk

A dark and funny trailer has been released for the AMC series Lucky Hank that is headed our way next month. The series is the latest team up from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul star Bob Odenkirk and the network that brought us both hit shows. The story is based on the 1997 novel "Straight Man" by Richard Russo.

Lucky Hank is a “mid-life crisis tale” that takes place on a fictional college campus in the Pennsylvania Rust Belt. Odenkirk stars as William Henry “Hank” Devereaux Jr., the unlikely chairman of the college’s English department. Aaron Zelman (Damages) and Paul Lieberstein (The Office) adapted the book and serve as co-showrunners.

The Killing alum Mireille Enos will play Hank’s wife, Lily, the vice principal of the local high school. “As Hank’s life starts to unravel, Lily begins to question the path she’s on and the choices she’s made,” per the official description.

This looks like it’s going to be another great series from AMC and Odenkirk! Check out the trailer below, and watch Lucky Hank when it premieres on March 19, 2023.
