Dark Secrets Continue To Unravel in The Trailer For 13 REASONS WHY Season 2
We've got a new full trailer for you to watch for the second season of Netflix's 13 Reasons Why. This trailer gives us a better sense of what is in store for us this upcoming season and how the dark secrets that will unravel will affect the characters who are left to deal with the aftermath of Hannah Baker's tragic death.
There was a lot of controversy surrounding the series due to its subject matter but it was a well-made show that, I thought, carried a powerful message. Then there's the intriguing story that completely hooked me.
Based on the best-selling books by Jay Asher, the Netflix Original Series 13 Reasons Why follows Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) as he returns home from school to find a mysterious box with his name on it lying on his porch. Inside he discovers cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker—his classmate and crush—who tragically committed suicide two weeks earlier. On tape, Hannah explains that there are thirteen reasons why she decided to end her life. Will Clay be one of them?
Season 2 picks up "in the aftermath of Hannah’s death and the start of our characters’ complicated journeys toward healing and recovery. Liberty High prepares to go on trial, but someone will stop at nothing to keep the truth surrounding Hannah’s death concealed. A series of ominous polaroids lead Clay and his classmates to uncover a sickening secret and a conspiracy to cover it up."

13 Reasons Why Season 2 will be released on Netflix on May 18th.
