Darth Vader Actor Spencer Wilding Has Joined The HAN SOLO Film

Spencer Wilding, the actor who portrayed Darth Vader in Rogue One: A Star Was Story has apparently joined the cast of Lucasfilm's Han Solo movie. The announcement when he has to cancel his appearance at the Fandom Fest convention, which is takes place on July 28-30 in Kentucky. The cancellation came with the following note:

Spencer Wilding will be unable to attend as he will be filming the newest film in the Star Wars Universe. Spencer will be coming back next year.

The newest film in the Star Wars Universe is Han Solo. There's no word on who he'll be playing, but it's easy to jump to the conclusion that he might be reprising his role as Darth Vader, which would be cool. But, I will note that Wilding could easily have been cast to play a completely different character in the film.

I never expected to see Darth Vader in the Han Solo movie, but if he is going to be added to the story, I wonder how he would fit into the story.
