Dave Bautista Joins Jason Momoa in Second Season of SEE at Apple TV+

Actor Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy, Stuber) has joined the second season of the series See on Apple TV+. His role is unknown, but he will join Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Alfre Woodard (12 Years a Slave), Sylvia Hoeks (Blade Runner 2019), Hera Hilmar (Mortal Engines), Christian Camargo (The Hurt Locker), Archie Madekwe (Midsommar), Nesta Cooper (The Edge of Seventeen), Yadira Guevara-Prip (Supernatural), and Josh Blacker (Elysium).

Here’s the synopsis:

The series takes place in the distant future, after a deadly virus decimated humankind. Those who survived emerged blind. Jason Momoa stars as Baba Voss, the father of twins born centuries later with the mythic ability to see. He must protect his tribe against a powerful yet desperate queen who wants the twins destroyed.

The series was written and created by Steven Knight (Locke, Peaky Blinders) and features a cast and crew of blind and visually impaired people, further authenticating the story being told. The series premiered in November 2019, so we will probably have to wait at least until the end of the year for the second season. Have you been watching See? Are you excited for Bautista to join?
