Dave Franco is Directing a Horror Movie Called THE RENTAL with Alison Brie and Dan Stevens

Dave Franco (The Disaster Artist) is going to be making his directing debut with a horror thriller called The Rental. He’s also cast Alison Brie (Glow) and Dan Stevens (Legion) to star in the film alongside Sheila Vand and Jeremy Allen White.

The Rental is said to be “a character-driven horror thriller about two couples who rent a vacation home for what should be a celebratory weekend get-away.”

Franco also co-wrote the script with Joe Swanberg (VHS) and Franco said that he “couldn’t be more excited about partnering with Black Bear and to be working with such an amazing group of actors for my directorial debut.”

I always enjoy a good scary horror thriller and with a talented group like this working on The Rental, I’m looking forward to seeing how it turns out.
