David Arquette and Elizabeth Marvel Have Joined the Cast of Damon Lindelof's Religious Series MRS. DAVIS

Actors David Arquette (Scream, Never Been Kissed) and Elizabeth Marvel (Homeland, The Dropout) have joined the cast of the religious drama series Mrs. Davis at Peacock. The show, which is being produced by Lost creator Damon Lindelof (Watchman) and and written by Tara Hernandez (The Big Bang Theory), has also added Alethea Jones (Rise of the Pink Ladies, Evil) as EP and director of many episodes.

Arquette and Marvel will recur in the series, joining previously announced cast members Betty Gilpin, Jake McDorman, Andy McQueen, Ben Chaplin and Margo Martindale. Exact plot details are being kept under wraps, aside from the fact the show is described as an exploration of faith versus technology. It was previously reported that Gilpin will play a nun who battles an artificial intelligence in the show.

This sounds like a strange new story for the talented cast and crew to explore. We will let you know when more details have been revealed.
