David Duchovny Set to Star in Amazon Psychological Thriller Series MALICE
David Duchovny, Jack Whitehall, and Carice van Houten are set to star in a new psychological thriller series titled Malice, which is set up at Amazon’s Prime Video. The series comes from writer and executive producer James Wood (The Great, Rev).
The series will follow “a young man (Whitehall) who seeks to infiltrate the world of a wealthy family, with Duchovny and van Houten playing the heads of that family.”
While there’s not much information on the project, I’m a big fan of Duchovny and it’s great to see him land a lead role in a new series like this. Duchovny is best known for his starring role as FBI agent Fox Mulder in The X-Files. He’s also had a great role in the Showtime series Californication.
As for van Houte,n she previously starred in the the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones in the role of Melisandre. Whitehall is a stand-up comedian and actor.
