DC Announced STARGIRL for DC Universe
We have another new show for DC Universe. Geoff Johns has announced that Stargirl will join the growing lineup of original content for the streaming service. Johns will be writing and producing the live-action series and gave this small bit of a synopsis:
“The show’s about Courtney Whitmore, whose mom gets remarried to Pat Dugan, and they move to Blue Valley Nebraska. She learns that Pat Dugan used to be a member of the Justice Society of America, and so she steals her stepfather’s stuff and goes for a joyride.”
The series is said to be fun, exciting, and unpredictable which would be really nice, especially after we got such a dark and brutal trailer for Titans. DC Universe will launch in Fall 2018 and it is expected that Stargirl will debut in 2019. Who do you want them to cast as Courtney?
