DC Developing a Live-Action WONDER TWINS Movie with BLACK ADAM Writer Adam Sztykiel

Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment are producing a live-action Wonder Twins movie, and they’ve hired Black Adam writer and producer Adam Sztykiel to write and direct the film, which will be going straight to HBO Max.

The Wonder Twins follows the adventures of two shape-shifting alien siblings named Zan and Jayna. The characters were first introduced in the 1970s Hanna-Barbera animated television series The All-New Super Friends Hour. 

The pair has the ability to activate their superpowers by touching hands and saying the phrase "Wonder Twin powers, activate!" I’ll be honest, I’ve never really been a fan of the characters, but I could see this film as a funny adventure comedy. I have no idea if that’s the direction they will go with it, but going the comedy route is what makes the most sense to me.
