DEADPOOL 2 Director David Leitch to Produce a New Thriller Titled FAST AND LOOSE

Deadpool 2 and Hobbs & Shaw director David Leitch is set to produce an upcoming new thriller titled Fast and Loose. The movie is set up at SXT films with Kelly McCormick, who will executive produce alongside Leitch, and it sounds like it could be fun movie with a cool and interesting story.

The story follows “a man who wakes up in Tijuana after being left for dead with absolutely no memory. As he follows a string of clues to uncover his identity, he discovers that he’s been living two different lives: one, as a super-successful Crime Kingpin, surrounded by beautiful women, expensive toys and a lavish lifestyle, and the other as an undercover CIA agent, but with a puny salary, no family or home life whatsoever and zero trappings of success. The problem is, he can’t remember which of these two personas is his true identity.”

I love that little twist where the main character doesn’t know which of the two lives he’s been living is his true identity. The script for the film was written by Jon and Erich Hoeber (Meg, RED, RED 2), so you can expect the film to be on the fun and wild side.

There’s no director is attached yet, but I would love to see Leitch take it on! If he doesn’t I’m sure they’ll bring someone in who can handle it.
