DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE Producer Talks About the Scrapped Sequel Ideas for DEADPOOL 3

Now that most of us have seen Deadpool & Wolverine, we have finally seen the secrets that have been kept under wraps for the last couple of years. It was a great time at the movies!

And, of course, there were several iterations and ideas that were throw against the wall in the process of creating the film before landing on the final project, and producer Wendy Jacobson sat down with CBM to share just a few of the scrapped concepts. 

"So many different ideas, they really ran the gamut. I think at one point, we had a very modestly budgeted indie road trip movie with him and Dopinder. We had a frame for frame remake of Thor 2 with Deadpool in it until the first act break. We had all kinds of things.

“We had Deadpool's deleted scenes extravaganza where we were going to show that Deadpool was in the MCU all along — his scenes were just on the cutting room floor. So, those were just a few of the crazy ideas."

I think what they ended up with was an epic buddy film with so many beloved characters and cameos that really made the film special. Have you seen Deadpool & Wolverine yet? Are there any other story lines you would have liked to have seen explored in the third movie?
