First Look at William Sadler Back as Death in BILL AND TED FACE THE MUSIC
We have a fun picture to share that comes from actor William Sadler, best known for his roles in Die Hard 2, The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, The Mist, and of course, Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey, where he played Death, a.k.a. the Grim Reaper. As the cast list has been filling out for Bill and Ted Face the Music, it’s been awesome to see cast members of the original films come back for this sequel, so the fact that Sadler is back is so exciting! The film is being written by its original writers, Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon, and the stars, Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, are back as Bill and Ted. It has also been reported that Anthony Carrigan, the hilarious Russian from HBO’s Barry, has also signed on to play a villain in the film, so maybe he will be playing Sadler’s son?
I am so excited to see this movie! The first two Bill and Ted movies were my absolute favorites as a kid. I kind of love that we haven’t gotten a lot of details about the plot, so we can just go and enjoy!
