Death Makes a Killer Come Back in New Trailer for HAPPY DEATH DAY 2U
I don’t know about you, but I’m actually pretty excited about Happy Death Day 2U. The first film was surprisingly fun, and the sequel looks like it’ll be just as entertaining as the first movie.
We’ve got a new trailer for you to watch today that I’m sure you’ll enjoy. It’s kinda crazy how fast this sequel got made! The studio didn’t hesitate on pushing it into production.
Jessica Rothe returns to the lead role of Tree Gelbman in the sequel, and this time our hero discovers “that dying over and over was surprisingly easier than the dangers that lie ahead.” In this next chapter, she will have to die over and over again in an effort not only to save herself, but her friends as well. While the movie somewhat looks like a carbon copy of the first film, I’m sure the new story will also be filled with some surprising twists and turns.
Jason Blum once again returns to produce, and Christopher Landon has also come back to write and direct the next chapter of the story. Happy Death Day 2U will hit theaters on Valentine’s Day, February 14th, 2019.
