Deleted CAPTAIN MARVEL Scene Shows Audience More of the Relationship Between Vers and Her Fellow Kree

Captain Marvel is almost out on home release, which means the internet is starting to get glimpses at the deleted scenes from the film. One of these scenes was written to help better establish Vers’s (aka Carol Danvers, played by Brie Larson) relationship with her fellow Kree squad. Minn-erva (who is played by Gemma Chan) tells Vers, “Just remember, Twinkle Fists; think with your head and not your hands.”

While this may seem trivial, it does help strengthen the idea of Vers’s Kree “friends” don’t think too highly of her, especially Minn-erva. All that said though, it’s not absolutely necessary which is probably why it was eventually cut. Do you think it was a smart choice to cut it or should they have kept it in?

Captain Marvel will be available on Digital starting May 28 and DVD and Blu-ray on June 11.
